The Why’s Owl™ provides coaching, education, personal development and transformational learning services through private sessions, group programs, digital courses, live experiences and communities.

The availability, structure and delivery of individual offerings may change. The description and terms shown at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

All programs offered by The Why’s Owl™ are intended for educational, self-development and personal growth purposes. Participation in any program does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, psychologist-client or fiduciary relationship.

The services offered are designed to support personal awareness, emotional growth, self-reflection and transformational learning. Your participation is voluntary, and you remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions and outcomes.

Our services may include reflective exploration of recurring patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, childhood experiences, family dynamics, intuitive experiences and spiritual frameworks.

Any possible causes, childhood influences or family patterns discussed during a session are exploratory interpretations developed through coaching and personal reflection. They are not clinically verified findings, diagnoses or statements of objective fact.

Our services are not intended for emergency or crisis situations. If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or another person, severe psychological distress, psychosis or a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services or a qualified medical or mental-health professional immediately.

You agree to use this Website responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

Where a service-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific term will apply to that purchase, provided it does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. The Why’s Owl™ does not store your complete credit card or banking information.

Successful payment confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily confirm admission into a program or the date and time of an appointment. Where an application, suitability review or scheduling confirmation is required, the booking becomes confirmed only after those steps have been completed.

If a payment fails or is declined, we are under no obligation to provide access until payment has been successfully completed.

Access to a program or service will be provided according to the delivery schedule, eligibility requirements and access period stated on the relevant sales or payment page. Successful payment does not necessarily provide immediate access where an offering has a future commencement date, application requirement or onboarding process. Access may be delivered through:

• our learning portal;
• email;
• live online sessions;
• downloadable resources;
• other digital platforms selected by the Company.

Access rights are granted solely to the individual purchaser. Programs may not be shared with family members, friends, colleagues or third parties.

Private coaching and Mapping Sessions are available by application or appointment only.

Some private services may require the Client to complete payment before submitting an application. Payment alone does not confirm a session date or guarantee that the service is appropriate for the Client.

A private session is confirmed only after:

• Payment has been received;
• The required application has been submitted;
• We have agreed to conduct the session; and
• The date and time have been confirmed by our team in writing.

If we determine, before confirming the appointment, that the session is not appropriate for the Client’s requirements, the amount paid for that session will be refunded.

Once a session date and time have been confirmed, the Session Fee is non-refundable.

A request to reschedule must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours before the confirmed session time. One rescheduling request may be accommodated, subject to availability.

Requests made with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. Missed sessions and late arrivals that prevent the complete session from being conducted will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Unless expressly included in the service description, a private-session booking does not include additional sessions, written reports, recordings, ongoing messaging support, healing work or access to another program.

Additional service-specific terms may be presented on the relevant payment page and must be accepted before purchase.

Participation in group programs requires respectful and professional conduct at all times. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who:

• behaves abusively;
• disrupts the learning environment;
• harasses other participants;
• shares confidential information belonging to other participants;
• engages in discriminatory behaviour;
• violates these Terms.

Removal from a program under these circumstances will not entitle the participant to a refund.

Where access is provided to any community, discussion group or online platform associated with The Why’s Owl™, participants agree to:

• contribute respectfully;
• maintain confidentiality of fellow participants;
• avoid promotional or unsolicited commercial activity;
• refrain from sharing offensive, defamatory or unlawful material;
• avoid providing professional advice to other participants while representing The Why’s Owl™.

The Company reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove content and suspend community access where necessary.

From time to time, we may update:

• program content;
• lesson order;
• schedules;
• facilitators;
• delivery methods;
• platform technology;
• supporting materials.

We may make reasonable changes that do not materially reduce the core service purchased by the Client. Where a material change becomes necessary, we will provide an appropriate alternative, rescheduling option, service credit or refund where required by applicable law and the circumstances.

Where an account is created for access to our programs, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account with any other person. You remain responsible for all activity occurring through your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

All content available on this Website and through any program offered by The Why’s Owl™, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, illustrations, videos, audio recordings, guided meditations, worksheets, manuals, PDFs, presentations, workbooks, templates, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, course materials, community content and other educational resources (“Content”) is the exclusive intellectual property of Owl Logic LLP unless otherwise stated.

Such Content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal educational use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Owl Logic LLP, you may not:

• reproduce, copy or duplicate any Content;
• distribute or share Content with another person;

Certain programs may involve the sharing of personal experiences within coaching sessions or group environments. Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of all other participants.

Information shared during coaching sessions or within communities must not be recorded, reproduced or disclosed without the express consent of the individual concerned. This obligation survives the completion of the program.

Personal information shared in private applications and coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and accessed only where reasonably necessary to review the application, prepare for or conduct the session, administer the booking, maintain records or comply with legal obligations.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect our legal rights, authorised by the Client, or reasonably necessary in response to a serious and immediate risk of harm to the Client or another person.

No online platform, email service or video-conferencing system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Some applications may request personal information relating to emotional wellbeing, health, family history, childhood experiences and previous professional support.

This information will be collected and used only for legitimate purposes connected with reviewing the application, assessing suitability, preparing for and delivering the service, managing the booking, communicating with the Client and maintaining appropriate business or legal records.

We will not use sensitive information disclosed through an application or private session for unrelated marketing purposes without specific permission.

Our collection, use, retention and protection of personal information are further governed by our Privacy Policy.

Private coaching sessions may not be photographed, recorded, transcribed, reproduced or shared by either party without the prior express consent of both the Client and Nankii Siingh.

If recording or automated transcription is proposed, the purpose, storage arrangements and permitted access will be communicated before recording begins.

We will not publicly use your name, image, personal story, session experience, health information or testimonial without your prior permission.

Where you agree to provide a testimonial, we may ask for separate written consent explaining the content and the ways in which it may be used.

You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us in writing. Withdrawal will not necessarily require the removal of materials lawfully published or distributed before the withdrawal request was received.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. These websites operate independently from Owl Logic LLP.

We do not endorse, control or assume responsibility for the content, security, policies or practices of any third-party website. Your use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good faith discussions.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching a consumer commission, regulator or other statutory forum where such a right is available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the applicable service description, payment-page terms, application declarations, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and any written program or booking agreement, constitute the agreement governing the relevant purchase.

Where service-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the service-specific terms will apply to that service, subject to applicable law.
